About Dan
Dan Kingsley earned his MN Real Estate License in 2008. Since 2011, Dan has been a co-owner of the Realty Edge Team with Kyle Swanson, at eXp Realty, at 300 1st Ave NW Suite 200 in Rochester, MN. He shares his life with his son, daughter and wife, Julee.
Dan graduated from Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School in 1999. He enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1998, the summer before his senior year of high school. He deployed to Kuwait in 2001 as an 11B. Dan graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Upon college graduation, Dan commissioned through U. S. Army ROTC as an Infantry Officer. He lead an Infantry Platoon during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2007. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star w/V, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Ranger Tab, Basic Parachutist Badge and an Air Assault Badge.
